ActiveX Errors in Excel: Compile error: Can't find project or library

Cause: the component dll is missing from the Windows System32 directory.

Solution: Reinstall the ActiveX control or if it is a deployed system, ensure that
the control DLL is installed in the Windows System32 directory.
