Installation error: Could not create installation library directory

The installer attempts to create a subdirectory under C:\Program Files\Common Files. The problem may occur when you have logged in with insufficient permissions, eg if you are running under less than an Administrator account. It is necessary to install the software as an Administrator, and this error may occur when you do not have sufficient write privileges to install software to the C: drive.

A related cause is where the security settings on the above directory
prevent the installer from creating the subdirectories. This can be checked
by looking at the properties on the directory if you are using NTFS.
