| I could not install the software. What do I do? |

There are a number of potential reasons this may happen. You should try downloading the installation file again - if the file was corrupted during download, it may prevent you from installing the software. Once you have downloaded the software, double-click on the exe file to install it. It is designed to be used under Windows platform - it will not run under Unix, Linux, Mac or other operating systems.
