| My computer seemed to slow down when I used your components, what happened? |
In the trial versions, there is a brief timed countdown to display the splash screen. This will occur each time the component is accessed such as in Excel. Hence, any slowdown would be caused by this. We do not install any other software, such as hidden spyware which would cause your computer to slow down.
The licensed ActiveX/COM components include a deployable runtime DLL that does not have any splash screen. You would be able to use it with any deployed application and it should not interfere with anything as it is a standalone DLL.
