| Dr. Andrew Back |

Windale Technologies was founded by Dr.
Andrew Back, a PhD with more than 15 years of research experience in the
field of neural networks, nonlinear signal processing, system identification and
time series analysis. He has published more than 50 journal papers, conference
papers and book chapters. Dr. Back has consulted to industry
and has held research positions in Australia, Japan and the US.

Dr. Back maintains an active involvement in research.
His research interests include input variable selection,
independent component analysis, hybrid models,
higher order statistics,
recurrent neural networks,
and applications of nonlinear dynamic models
to biomedical signals and financial markets.
